Q: How are we going to install the equipment after purchasing?

A: We provide professional installation video to illustrate.

Q: How do you make sure that the product has high quality?

A: We have CE and ISO certificate. We also have production/inspection report before packing.

Q: Can you put our logo on products?

A: Absolutely yes with detailed information such as logo. We will show you pictures of your logo on the product before packing.

Q: Do you accept OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) service?

A: Yes. We accept any OEM service since we are a professionalnmanufacturer for medical equipment with about more than 10 tears of OEM experiences.

Q: What is your terms of packing?

A: Generally, we pack our goods in Fumigation free plywood wooden box and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q: What is your terms of delivery?

A: EXW, FOB

Q: How about your delivery time?

A: Generally, it will take 3 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q: Can you produce according to the samples?

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q: What is your sample policy?

A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

Q: Do you test all your goods before delivery?

A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery
